Luis Rangel's father cut hair for mill workers out of a two-chair shop on Central Avenue for thirty years. Luis swept that floor before he could see over the counter.
He opened First Shift in 2009 on the same idea: open early, cut clean, get people to work on time. Three chairs now, same 6 AM start.
